The reception staff offered early room access upon my arrival. The apartment included three full bathrooms. I found a supermarket, bakery, pizzeria, and pharmacy very close in the courtyard, helpful after a long flight. Atms located outside provided added convenience.

the apartment was amazing at all levels. the space is comfortable and it got everything one needs. the designer who designed, furnished and equipped the apartment was very thoughtful. i found the spa facilities great (a real treat after a long day!).
i stayed in the apartments. the furniture could be refreshed and changed. the cleaners did not do their job properly. on one day they came to the room, we were in it and they spent literally 10 minutes there.

The breakfast buffet had a diverse selection of dishes.
The apartment reception felt inadequate. It was a tiny room on the far side of the hotel. Guests staying in apartments are NOT offered free valet parking. I had to park my own car. The wifi was also almost completely useless. It would work briefly and then drop out.

The apartment size was great, and the layout was quite comfortable. The room service consistently made beds and cleaned the bathroom (which I certainly appreciated after a long day of exploring).
The breakfast venue was inconsistent, changing daily without any prior notification. The menu lacked variation as well and was the same each day.

The hotel is connected to a mall with various shops, and this makes it very convenient for necessities. A well-equipped gym offers good options. I saw treadmills and stationary bikes. The recreation area is located in the main building.

Our one-bedroom apartment included a kitchen (it had everything needed for basic meal prep). The rooms were well kept, the air conditioning worked well, and the space was generally clean. The apartment was spacious enough.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They were very attentive to our needs. Check-out was quick, and I especially want to thank the team member for her assistance with the process. Front desk personnel were always courteous.
